I have been a NP for 5 years and an RN for 17 years before that. I am a native of Michigan and moved down to Florida when I graduated school with my NP. I have worked in many areas as an RN including ER and OR. I have worked in both Addiction and mental health as an NP. I initially started out with just psychiatry but branched out to addictions and really enjoyed it, so I continued to work in this area as well. I am the mother of a two who are both adults now and Grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters. My hobbies are doing my nails, reading, and spending time with family barbequing and swimming.
