Holly Harris

Therapist

Holly received a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida in 1995, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stetson University in 1986, where she was an honors graduate. She brings her many years of experience and creativity as a Therapist to The Refuge, as well as her training in Behavior Analysis and Sound Healing.  Holly provides a variety of trauma informed experiential groups/music therapy in working with Trauma and Recovery clients, as well as Eating Disordered clients.   Programing Holly has developed includes Chakra meditations (as well as other original trauma informed meditations with live music/Sound healing), Drumming and Mindfulness meditations/coping skills education, and Inner child group therapy.
