Alex Anderson, M.S.

Alex is a therapist who holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He has experience working with adults and adolescents in structured treatment settings, including residential and inpatient environments. Alex supports individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges using a client‑centered, strengths‑based approach.

He focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships while helping clients develop effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and work toward long‑term recovery goals. Alex has experience in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and providing ongoing support throughout the recovery process.

He is committed to helping individuals achieve stability, enhance overall well‑being, and create meaningful, lasting change as he works toward full licensure in the state of Florida.
