Donna O’Connor, LCADC, LCSW and Tara McSorley, MA ,MSW, LCSW, of The Mental Health and Wellness Centers Consulting Group, LLC of New Jersey will be guiding us through simple yet effective EMDR oriented Mindfulness Exercises. Tara and Donna will teach participants the butterfly hug which is one of the first exercises in EMDR treatment to identify and install a calm peaceful place
