Tiffannie Swihart-Burge, MSW, RCSWI

Tiffannie received her Bachelor of Social Work degree and Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Florida. Tiffannie was in the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training Program at the University of South Florida (BHWET-USF), which focuses on the integration of behavioral health care with primary care to increase services to underserved populations. Tiffannie is currently a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with the State of Florida and working to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Tiffannie has experience working at an inpatient adult crisis stabilization unit and baker act receiving facility and providing outpatient therapy services to marginalized individuals. Tiffannie applies a strengths-based person-in-environment therapeutic approach to empower individuals and promote client self-determination. Tiffannie is passionate about advocating for those in need, challenging social injustice, and respecting the inherent dignity and worth of a person. Tiffannie grew up in Indiana and moved to Florida in 2006. Tiffannie enjoys reading, playing cards, going to concerts, and spending quality time with her spouse and three dogs.
