Sandra Treston is a mental health counselor licensed by the state of Florida. She received her masters degree in applied psychology and mental health counseling from Rowan University, in Glassboro, New Jersey. Sandra has 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors in the mental health field. She is well-versed with psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and systems approaches to counseling, and does not hesitate to combine them if appropriate to the individual needs of the client. Sandra believes in a strengths-based approach to help her clients tap into their own inner resources, empowering and enabling them to lead the life they desire and deserve.
