Diana Lebrun, LCSW

My practice is focused on helping individuals understand who they are by taking a look at their past and not repeating the same behaviors by teaching positive coping skills. I help restore individual confidence and self-esteem by supporting boundaries and providing open and effective communication with others. I am passionate about helping my clients restore hope in themselves to lead a meaningful, purposeful and intentional life.

I have clinical experience in treating major mental illness such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, grief and loss, co-occurring disorders, addictions and trauma as well as everyday life stressors. I am an Air Force Veteran so I understand the unique struggles that military families face. I create a warm and inviting environment without judgment by establishing trust and acceptance enhancing the therapeutic relationship.

I received my BS in psychology from the University of Phoenix and MSW from Barry University and I have a Post- Master’s Certificate in Mindfulness and Therapeutic Practice. Therapy is about change and my job is to give you the tools to be able to manage your life and become a better you.
