Resetting Between Sessions

Description:

Embodiment, presence, connection to a vessel that provides a temple to us. What if you could feel refreshed in between sessions?  What if you could give yourself the gift of presence before you show up for others?  The body knows what to do in order to reignite and heal. Beyond movement as a medicine, gentle movement is also a portal to reset our brain and stay grounded.

For this session, please bring something delicious of your taste to drink and to eat, a candle (or an incense) and some essential oil (or your favorite smell).  Join us in a quick reminder, that our body knows how to be present and effortlessly connect yourself to your essence.

Ivana Costa, MSW, CTT, QOYA teacher, Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach, Shivananda Yoga Certified Instructor, EMDR-C, CCPS-C, Access Bars Facilitator and Family Constellations Trained.
