Explore the Healing Power of Breath

Description:

Are you looking to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual health? Take a moment to experience whole-body healing with Konnie Ort. Join us as she leads us through a series of breathing exercises, known as Breathwork, to connect mind, body, and spirit. For a more comfortable experience during this session it is recommended that you have a quiet space to lie flat, a couple blankets, and a pillow. You could also have water, tissues, or a teddy bear nearby should you have a more emotional experience.

It is recommended that those with the following conditions abstain from participating in a virtual breathwork session: severe cardiovascular problems, glaucoma, recent surgery, epilepsy/seizures, psuedoseizures, pregnancy, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Paranoid Personality Disorder. If any of the above conditions apply to you please participate individually, in person, with a breathwork facilitator near you.

We are sorry but registration for this event is now closed.

Please contact us if you would like to know if spaces are still available.
