Rebecca Pecca has been working at The Refuge since it opened in 2003. During the past few years she has taken charge of several offices: The Refuge Foundation- our 501(c)3 non-profit that funds scholarships for clients; she facilitates the Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) group that meets weekly and she is the Director of Alumni Affairs, the division of The Refuge that maintains contact with the alumni through our private internet forum, through special events and she organizes the yearly Alumni Reunion.

Rebecca completed undergraduate work in psychology at Florida Atlantic University and she’s been trained in EAGALA and EAP, two specialty equine trainings, and she oversees the Equine Therapy program and she is a certified Ropes Course Facilitator.
