Medical Program

The Refuge and the University of Florida’s Addiction Medicine, Department of Psychiatry fellowship have linked to provide exceptional medical services for all of our rehab clients. The Refuge boasts having 2 full time physicians and a psychiatrist, all of whom are specialists in addiction medicine and have specialized in working with chemical dependency rehab clients. The entire rehab medical staff is exceptionally well trained in addiction medicine and dual disorders treatment. Caring for the medical needs of trauma/PTSD and the chemically dependent client is a primary part of the commitment The Refuge has to our clients seeking exceptional recovery services.
