Continuing Care

Aftercare and Continuum of Care is a vital aspect of a client’s successful ongoing recovery. The Refuge is committed to working with our rehab clients in designing an Aftercare Plan that will specifically meet their needs so they can continue the miraculous achievements that they acquired during their time here. The Refuge is pleased to have partnered with Southworth and Associates who specialize in continued monitoring, supportive care and referrals.

After completing our program, rehab clients are offered this help for case management assistance, aftercare, finding local recovery support resources as well as finding therapists and for UA testing for no extra charge for one year post discharge. Utilizing the partnership with Southworth and Associates, The Refuge can be there to help our clients stay connected with vital recovery services which will help their transition into a life of successful recovery.
