Integral Breath Therapy (IBT): Level One

Description:

Breath TherapyBreath Therapy is a training within itself while forming the foundation and framework for The Integration Process.  It is a safe yet powerful therapeutic tool that works with the whole being to heal, integrate and transform.  Every change of mental state is reflected first in the breath and then in the body.  Distortions in breathing are taught as a diagnostic tool and specific breathing techniques are used to integrate and heal the separation of the body-mind.

Understand and integrate Breath Therapy as a physical, psychological, and emotional process into an existing clinical or therapy practice, educational environment or coaching format.  the program teaches a unique combination of tools and techniques to be used with the altered state crated through the use of breathing practices.  In contrast to other methods, you do not lead the client but accompany them on their healing journey.  This simple energy therapy is a powerful modality with the ability to expand, explore, release and heal.

You will learn the following:

  • The importance and benefits of Breath Therapy
  • The history of Breath Therapy and its modern applications
  • Identify distortions in breathing as a diagnostic tool
  • Conscious connected breathing techniques
  • About the Breath; its relationship to life, death & disease

  • Introduction to birth issues, scripts and impacts
  • Emotional Anatomy; expression and repression
  • How to work with the energy centers of the body
