Event Overview:

The way you use, or do not use, time is relevant to your overall experience of life. Whether
you are aware of it or not, every single occurrence and each individual moment of your life
is vitally important. When you choose to consciously and deliberately use time, each and
every second offers insight into the complexities of the world around you. You become better
organized, more creative and develop the ability to connect openly and easily to your fullest
potential. Now is the time for you to become the person you have always dreamed of being.
This is your life and it is waiting for you to step into your potential.
This workshop is designed around a framework that allows you to work at your individual
level and address the issues appropriate for you. As a participant, you will explore the way
their limiting beliefs and their use of time has been creating their current reality. The Breath
and experiential exercises will be used as a vehicle to connect the conscious and unconscious
minds to our physical reality. You will experience and learn tools for creating lasting change

A variety of modalities are used to facilitate and support your personal process….

  • Use the Breath to connect to the unconscious mind.
  • Learn how old programs and patterns create your reality.
  • Create change - eliminate the old program at it’s source.
  • Learn how to reprogram your personal bio-computer.
  • Identify and release resistance to change.
  • Look at how the mind works and how it can be used to make changes.
  • Self -development tools for creating the life you want.
